Job Summary

A Private Medical Clinic Assistant in Singapore supports clinic operations through administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring efficient patient service and smooth coordination with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression
• Register patients and accurately update their personal information in the system
• Schedule and manage appointments to optimize clinic calendar efficiency
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to support patient communication
• Manage patient files and maintain accurate medical records for easy retrieval
• Order and maintain medical supplies and equipment to ensure clinic readiness
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate patient care
• Work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple administrative tasks
• Demonstrate a compassionate, patient-oriented approach in all interactions
• Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support clinic operations
• Show willingness to learn and adapt to new healthcare support tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education at the Ordinary Level (O-Level)
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field to enhance job performance
• Ability to converse in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Conversing in Malay is an added advantage for broader patient engagement
• Experience with Plato software to support clinic administrative systems

Other Information

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
• Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm
