Job Description

The scope of work:

• Prepare basic documentations based on available templates for Project
• Prepare and submit transmittals as required by Project
• Ensure all documentations are archived in the server
• Expediting and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure documentations required for Customers are prepared or issued.
• Handle simple basic or purely administrative type of project execution work (mainly to ensure invoicing is completed)
• Any other ad-hoc administrative work as required by the Manager
• Mondays to Fridays - 9am to 6pm
