Job Description & Requirements

• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
• Dispensing of medication and collecting payments
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
• Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
• Performing administrative duties assigned by superior
• Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payments transaction
• Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
• Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek 5.5 day week.
• Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1-weekend shifts.
• A good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
