Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with and manage children aged 4 to 6 in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmental, and engaging programmes and activities that support holistic growth.
Foster positive values and provide guidance to support children's character development.
Set up and maintain learning environments and resources in accordance with KCare Programme safety and health standards.
Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on their child’s development and achievements.
Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities with active involvement to encourage participation and engagement.
Ensure the safety and well-being of each child by observing for signs of illness, emotional distress, or developmental concerns, and documenting progress.
Offer emotional support and a warm, caring presence to help children feel secure and valued.
Maintain classroom and playground order while promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Take on additional duties or special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Work schedule: 5-day work week (weekdays only).
