Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will perform essential gardening tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, pest control, and equipment maintenance while ensuring client satisfaction and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, weed, and water plants regularly to maintain garden health and appearance
- Plant and nurture a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs to promote growth and aesthetics
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides accurately to enhance plant health and prevent damage
- Identify pest and disease issues promptly and implement appropriate control measures
- Communicate with clients to understand and meet their gardening preferences and requirements
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment in safe, working condition
- Follow all health and safety protocols consistently on site
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete gardening tasks efficiently
- Perform physical manual labor tasks required for garden upkeep
