Part Time Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

We are seeking for a resourceful, experienced and committed individual to manage the following:

· Manage and track day to day progress of projects being assigned

· Perform project/application assessments and evaluation

· Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts

· Efficiently identifies and solves project/application issues

· Maintain application and project documentation

· Ensure sufficient, standard and reliable systems infrastructure

· Provide standby support for critical systems

· Provide daily IT technical support including system testing, system deployment and operational maintenance.

· Coordination, planning and execution of routine Maintenance job for contract customers.

· Assist with pre-sales and projects including coordinate, monitor and implement IT solutions for customers.

· Any other tasks and/or duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

· Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in EEE, Communications, Computer Science, IT, Mechatronics or equivalent.

· Min 2 years of project coordination experience

· Min 2 years of experience in coordinating and support IT business processes

· Knowledge in Java.Net and/or mobile development skills advantageous

· Basic knowledge MS-SQL Database administration including data backup, recovery, security and integrity.

· Familiar with Linux and Windows server environment.

· Experience/Knowledge on other database engines (ie. MySQL) will be advantageous

· Knowledge on Web or mobile application development and architecture will be advantageous.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to work independently and under pressure to meet system performance service levels

· Self-motivated with excellent customer service skill

· Able to multi task, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively

· Strong Interest in the field of IT, positive attitude and a willingness to learn

· Possess good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skill.

· Knowledge of RFID preferred.

· Good analytical and problem solving skills on technical level.

· Good teamwork and communication and planning skills
