Supply Chain Operation Executive – 12 Months Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, including refurbishment activities, to avoid stock-outs and ensure optimal stock balance.

• Monitor vendor RMA performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and SOW.

• Oversee 3rd party warehouse operations, including inventory control and returns management.

• Work with stakeholders to forecast refurbishment needs and plan accordingly.

• Ensure sufficient stock and accessories are available to support refurbishment activities.

• Allocate products across distribution channels based on demand and priorities.

• Monitor product fault rates and highlight key trends.

• Work with Product Owners on disposal of aging stock, including write-offs and condemnation.

• Track service contracts and ensure timely follow-up and compliance.

• Verify warehouse-related accruals and support payment processing.

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.

• Investigate and resolve operational issues with internal and external stakeholders.

• Document and improve operational processes where needed.

• Participate in stock-takes and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations.

· Experience working with 3PL/warehouse operations is preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory and operational data.

· Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

· Experience with process improvement or automation projects is an advantage.

Location : Town (Nearest MRT station : Raffles Place /Telok Ayer)

Salary : S$3000.00 – S$3400.00
