Role: Florist (Part-Time, no experience are welcomed)

Cool Petals | Location: Ubi Techpark

Cool Petals is a modern floral brand specialising in fresh flower bouquets sold through vending machines, alongside online sales.

We are looking for passionate and reliable florists to join our backend production team. This role focuses on bouquet preparation and floral production — no customer-facing duties required.

Job Scope:

• Floral Assembly*
• Bouquet Wrapping*
• Floral bouquet preparation*
• Flower maintenance*
• Other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. sorting orders, handling flowers)

*On-the-job training will be provided

👤 Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Quick to adapt and learn
• Positive working attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift
• Basic Floral Experience preferred

📅 Work Period & Hours (FLEXIBLE)

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Working hours are flexible but we are looking for staff who can commit to at least half-shift (5 hours) per day, for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Preference will be given to those who can work commit longer hours and more days a week!

Example schedule: 10am- 3pm on Mon, Wed, Fri

💰 Remuneration

$10–$12 per hour*, depending on prior floristry experience and on-the-job competency.

* Per hourly rate stated is the hourly rate after the training period.
