URGENT
Part Time Personal Assistant – ($10/hr)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and provide secretarial support for the Directors’ daily schedule, including forward planning of their workload and diary management
• Assist in HR related matters
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
• You will also be assisting with projects, attending to personal matters of the Director if required
Requirements:
• Minimum Local Diploma
• Undergrads are welcomed
• Age 21 and above
• No experience needed (Training will be provided)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with multi-tasking
• Be a team player
• Possess good communication skills
• Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office
