Position: Workplace Safety & Health Manager

Salary: $5,800 - $7,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Location: North

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Total Workplace Safety and Health framework and review of TWSH-related policies with stakeholders.
• Oversee and drive TWSH-related projects or programs from conceptualization to execution.
• Planning and reviewing of workflows to operationalize the program.
• Logistics sourcing and management of the budget.
• Communication with key stakeholders to increase buy-in and take-up rate.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and drive continuous improvement in the program.
• Drive process improvements and ensure delivery of efficient operations and process flow.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in team management, WSH-related work, and project management.
• Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership qualities and management competency.
