Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 44 hours
Working Location: Orchard
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce luggage-related procedures for Concierge and Bell team members.
- Guide and manage the performance of Concierge associates, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure all Front Office team members have updated and easily accessible information.
- Keep Rooms Division Director, Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Duty Manager informed of any issues.
- Ensure proper reception of members and other guests at the airport.
- Maintain grooming standards and adherence to Hilton standards.
- Set team goals in line with hotel and department objectives.
- Build a versatile team to enhance hotel productivity.
- Understand and use hotel operating systems, including OnQ PM, Kipsu, HotSOS, and table management.
- Maintain the workflow of the driveway and lobby.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years in a supervisory level position in Concierge operation.
- Good character and ethics.
- Strictly obey the relevant laws and regulations, internal policies, and implementations.
- Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, a good team player, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of decency, honest and reliable.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.
