How will you value-add?
- Support the entire global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support
- Support to internal stakeholders on global mobility related matters, such as relocation planning, shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters
- Work alongside the wider HR team on global mobility matters (i.e. international transfers, secondments, etc)
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws & firmwide requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff & departure of outbound staff
- Assist with the global mobility related reporting, projects & initiatives
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services
- Strong knowledge of international tax & immigration laws
- Good communication, interpersonal & advisory skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
