📍 Location

💰 Salary

$3,900 - $3,400/month

🕒 Shift Details

• 24 working days per month
• Fixed shift Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all security-related matters during assigned shifts
• Manage end-to-end security operations independently with full accountability
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational continuity
• Oversee reception duties and access control during office hours
• Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures when required
• Liaise closely with facilities, engineering, and workplace services teams
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and proper documentation
• Support office moves, transitions, and onboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, first aid, and fire safety protocols
• Operate confidently as the sole on-site security lead

📌 Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security Licence
• RTT & OBSE Certifications
• Certified Occupational First Aider
• PRD-certified Security Supervisor with corporate security experience
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
• Familiar with systems such as VMS, CCURE, Genetec, and delivery management platforms
• Professional, composed, and customer-centric (concierge-style approach)
