Job Summary

We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Executive to join our fast-growing cleaning solutions crew, leading and managing cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple client sites.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manpower deployment to ensure optimal staffing at cleaning sites
Monitor and report staff attendance accurately to maintain operational transparency
Supervise cleaning teams to ensure work quality meets company standards
Identify service shortfalls and communicate lapses promptly to headquarters for resolution
Evaluate deployed staff performance and recommend adjustments to HR for workforce optimization
Manage inventory of consumables and spares to maintain uninterrupted cleaning operations
Ensure all employees receive proper training and are equipped to perform their roles effectively
Collaborate closely with site supervisors and project management to align operational goals
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance and service quality
Oversee resolution of escalated cleaning-related issues to maintain client satisfaction
Organize and lead safety and toolbox meetings to promote workplace safety awareness
Motivate onsite teams to enhance productivity and morale
Participate in client meetings to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities
Plan daily schedules for stationed cleaners and coordinate periodic tasks for floaters to maximize efficiency
Enforce adherence to environmental, work, and health safety regulations across all sites
Manage overall cleaning team operations to achieve service excellence
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

Valid driving license (essential for site visits and operational mobility)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication to support operational reporting
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience leading teams or managing people within the cleaning industry or similar field
Availability to start immediately or on short notice
Candidates may be subject to Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) or Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applications
