We are hiring Part-Time Gym Associates for SAFRA Mount Faber / Jurong/ Punggol/Tampines EnergyOne Gyms

Responsibilities:

• Man SAFRA EnergyOne gym counter.
• Provide SAFRA EnergyOne gym members with excellent Service Quality.
• Assist members and guests on queries pertaining to SAFRA EnergyOne Membership and gym usage.
• Process all Membership application forms; check and verify information against the system.
• Collect all fee payments due to SAFRA EnergyOne and issue official receipt.
• Maintain proper records of any SAFRA EnergyOne gym membership application.
• Check validity of SAFRA EnergyOne gym membership and shoe locker rental.
• Remind members of due date of their subscription fees and collect payment promptly.
• Make courtesy calls to members with outstanding arrears.
• Ensure verifiable SAFRA EnergyOne gym members' mobile app check in and issue a changing room locker key and towels to gym users.
• Ensure SAFRA EnergyOne gym members check-in and check-out of the gym.
• Maintain proper accounting records for daily collection and submission on each day after each shift.
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned in the gym.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

*Full-time positions are available and welcome for interview.

Preferably to work immediately.

Requirement:

Able to handle well with PC and work-related applications.

Work Timings:

Minimum work timings will be 4 hours to 8 hours workdays, must be inclusive of at least a FRI, SAT, or SUN/PH.

To be able to commit to at least 2 openings [6.15am to 10.30am/ 2.30pm] And 2 closing shifts [2.30pm/6.30pm to 10.45pm].

Other shifts are negotiable only if can commit to above.

Transport claims available for opening shift.

Those unable to meet the above criteria need not apply.

Due to system constraint, do note that the published payment rates are hourly rates and not monthly rates. For the above position advertised , the rate of payment is $10 per hour.
