Roles & Responsibilities
This role is based in Kaki Bukit, Singapore.
Job Duties:
- Takes Responsibility for and has Authority Over any/all: Survey Monuments, Survey Instruments, including timely Calibrations of same, Survey Calculations
- Scrutinises all contract documents to extract all clauses that in any way do or may affect the Survey Scope of Works.
- Acts as the client-facing representative for Element on all survey related matters on the Project(s) assigned to them.
- Professional Technician qualified and keeps CPD up to date.
- Ensures all Survey Equipment on the Project is properly maintained through the application of a company-wide Survey Instrument Calibration Procedure (SICP).
- Extract and retain a copy of any/all Contract Clauses related to Survey activities from all Contract Documents for the Project(s) that the PRS is overseeing.
- Adapts company-wide SQP and MSs to Project requirements, discusses/agrees amendments with Chief Surveyor prior to issuance to Client
- Reviews all Survey Data gathered/computed
- Actively cross references movement trends with alternative modes of Instrumentation including non-survey data.
- Logs and highlights concerns to Chief Surveyor and the Project SIE.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Land/ Engineering Surveying or related
- Diploma in Land Survey & Geomatics Tech
- Minimum 5 years as a Surveyor
