Job Summary

You will provide professional chauffeur services, ensuring guest safety, punctuality, and vehicle upkeep while using technology tools to support efficient transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service aligned with the property’s core standards and brand attributes to enhance guest experience
• Arrive at driving assignments at least 15 minutes early to ensure timely departures
• Operate technology devices such as iPads for paging and GPS for navigation to support route efficiency
• Greet and receive VIP guests professionally during airport arrivals, drop-offs, and hourly bookings
• Ensure guest safety throughout limousine journeys by driving attentively and following safety protocols
• Drive safely and comply with speed limits and local traffic regulations to prevent incidents
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition throughout shifts to uphold service quality
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify and prevent mechanical issues
• Perform cleanliness checks inside the vehicle after each passenger alights to prepare for the next guest
• Follow all transport-related standard operating procedures as directed by supervisors
• Operate continental cars or MPVs as required for assignments

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Singapore roads to navigate efficiently and safely
• Maintain alertness and safe driving practices at all times
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, with 10-hour shifts and option for 5-day work per weeks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Singapore or relevant chauffeur experience
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Simple Mandarin to interact with Mandarin-speaking external stakeholders
• Positive work attitude characterized by punctuality, commitment, adaptability, and friendliness

Other Information

• Required to drive continental cars or MPVs or DENZA
• Enjoy a stable monthly basic salary of S$2300 for standard working hours with extra compensation overtime in line with MOM guidelines
• Only applicants with an existing Singapore driver’s license may apply
